Neolink Application

Neolink application - BNP Paribas CIB

Role : Lead product designer

Context

In 2015, I worked at Bnp Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking as a freelance Lead Product Designer.

The objective was to set up a transversal product design team in order to meet the group's transformation and innovation needs.

The team made up of UX designer, UX researcher and UI designer was deployed within different product teams in order to work in parallel on different applications of the entity.

The flagship project on which I was involved is the redesign of the Neolink application.

This application gives clients instant access to all of their reporting: consolidated portfolios, status of operations in progress, monitoring of their distribution and their accounting and financial reporting.

The objectives were to improve the ergonomics of the application, make it usable on mobile and tablet, and translate customer expectations into functionalities in terms of services provided.
