G20 Summit India 2023 - Logo contest entry

This was my entry for the logo design competition conducted by the Government of India as part of India’s G20 Presidency for the Summit 2023, which is the highest-profile international gathering ever to be hosted by India.

I had tried to create a logo that captures the vibrancy of our nation by incorporating the creative use of the tri-colour of the Indian national flag, complementary colours, elements of Indian calligraphy and floral patterns. The design is such that it symbolizes a beacon, that is India, for her citizens and for the world to look up to and follow lead - in the past, present and for the coming future.
