Fios On Demand TV Show User Flow

I decided to map out the user flow of watching a tv show on Verizon Fios On Demand. There are several paths to take, one of which I discovered will doing this. Skipping from the tv guide all the way to the channels on demand list is a great affordance, but the lack of a signifier makes this difficult to discover. I might test this on family members and friends to see who knows about that interaction.

I'm also planning on mapping out Comcast and eventual Time Warner next time I'm out in LA. It will be interesting to see how the different experiences stack up.
