UX Concept for Hidden messages on Hike

Hike is a messaging app built for Indian users. It has a nice feature where users can 'Hide' their chats and add a passcode to it. However, when I used the app I found the UX to be a little amiss. So I thought it would be nice to try a different approach to the feature, I redesigned the UX for this feature along with user on-boarding.
