With smart-loyalty technology they help hospitality venues engage more brand loyal customers and increase footfall.Customers collect stamps by tapping the RWRD tag at the point of sale. Instantly applying stamps to a customised card building towards a reward.
Problems
The offerings wasn't clearly presented and articulated which was leaving visitors confused.
The website does not convey the story behind the brand.
The shop owner user journey to subscribe is not facilitating conversions.
Asking for payment soon after signing up is the reason for customer drop-off.
The create profile page is poorly designed.
Goals
The website should be B2B focused on Coffee shop owners primarily.
Sell the pain points and transformation of the solutionCreate benefits led call to actions to convey the offering better.
Change the website to be set up for inbound sales. It should convince the prospect to buy.
We will need to create users segments - "For Who" and talk about the different stages of where hospitality businesses buy the solution.
Refine the onboarding flow to convert more customers (sign-up first).
