Social Media Analytics Dashboard

Challenge & Approach:

Although most social media platforms are equipped to supply analytics to users with business profiles, we thought “wouldn’t it be so convenient if all analytics from each platform could be presented in one place?”

So we designed a concept where we could display analytics of ALL necessary social media platforms.

The challenge was to include all analytics consistently through the platforms and present them in a detailed manner.

Business Value:

  • Would be able to track target audience

  • Monitor engagement rates and impressions

  • See what posts are doing well

  • Quantify results

User Value:

  • Easy to access

  • Easy to use

  • Schedule posts

Solution:

The dashboard would be presented in an organised way per platform and analytics would be clearly displayed.

The numbers would be calculated and the user would be informed of the increase or decrease in these numbers.

Additionally, the user would have the opportunity to export the information in the form of a CSV or Excel document to have on hand.

The following analytics per social media platform would be captured:

  • Profile visitors

  • Post engagement rates

  • Post impressions

  • Demographics

  • Locations

  • Top Audience

  • The number of people engaged with your advertisements.

  • Engagement from collaborations
