Corporate Enterprise Multi-Channel Communication Builder

Over the course of the last seven years I have worked on a number of different projects ranging from mobile to web applications, but this was my first opportunity at designing a product that would be used at the corporate level. This multichannel communication builder was responsible for handling email, SMS, and push notification communications to over 1,200 veterinary clinics.

Roles and responsibilities

• Conducted user interviews with corporate customers to understand their goals and needs.

• Completed heuristic evaluations of competing products in the marketplace.

• Led ideation workshops with engineers and product managers to run through various potential layouts and solutions.

• Conducted usability tests to determine efficacy of proposed solutions.

• Defined user experience and user interface with design standards.
