Skrill Consumer Landing Page Redesign (Case Study)

Skrill is a 2001-founded provider of digital wallets that provides a variety of online payment and money transfer services. Skrill operates in 131 countries, with the digital wallet offered in 40 currencies.

Problem:

Skrill employs archaic UXUI. This is a big problem because their apps aren't intuitive and user-friendly. The procedure is excessively drawn out, even though we may currently see a steady shift in focus toward delivering a better customer experience.

The solution I provide:

I created a fun, educational, and usable digital experience. The goal of this experience would be to make things easier and more convenient for the users. Making it simpler to pay your bills, set up direct deposit, and start a quick bank transfer—no more hours spent on hold!
