Hello, Dribbblers! 🙌

This time I wanted to share my proposal for the chatbot functionality of a reading app. Initially, the app didn't give the user any resources to choose from, stating that no agent is online at the moment, and the journey ended before getting any kind of guidance.

So I wanted the experience to be closer to a real time interaction for the user. I first introduced the mascot which appears throughout the app as a guide, to make the interaction more pleasant and personal. Moreover, even if no agent would be available, the user would still get some options to choose from if needed.

My goal was to make anyone using the app have the feeling that they are cared for and someone is always there along the way.
