Ambev - Comitê de Melhores Práticas

We were hired by Ambev - a huge Brazilian brewing company - to give life to a wellness project, with the objective of offering total transparency and encouraging continuous dedication among all Ambev's teams, through a unique and exclusive experience within the company group.

We developed a platform where it is possible to have a real-time overview of the status of all the best practices adopted by the committee in each of Ambev's units. It is possible to make comparisons between regions, as well as access an informative timeline where members post news about their units. Each post can be liked and commented on by other users, creating a more informal communication channel where everyone celebrates their achievements!

I was responsible for the creative direction of the project and for leading the team in meeting the client's high expectations.
