TAP Dashboards
I partnered with another UX Designer and the Business Intelligence Team do produce a punctuality dashboard for the task force built to tackle the company's large amount of flights delayed.
The UX Designer was responsible to gather the information with stakeholders and I was responsible for suggesting the best data visualization type for each piece of information and delivering a production-ready TV interface.
The dashboard and the task force were very successful resulting in an expressive decrease in flights delayed, and executive directors asking for new dashboards. In addition, because of these dashboards, TAP was awarded Microstrategy 2019 Customer Award.
