Northern Passage Font

I love exploring new aspects of my work and recently took a shot at custom font design. I drew everything by hand, scanned the letters onto my computer, converted to vector in Illustrator, then used Glyphs Mini to create the actual font. For a "light" version of the app, I was very impressed with how powerful Glyphs Mini is, despite a few minor bugs.

My family and I spend a lot of time enjoying the outdoors, mostly hiking and camping. This font was inspired by all the rustic lettering we see on old cabins and trail signs, which have a uniquely weathered, rugged appearance.

Feel free to check out the larger previews and you can purchase the font at: http://crtv.mk/h01Zv
