✎ A comprehensive 73-page report, outlining Washington County's use of funds resulting from the federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), showcasing local government response to the public health and economic impacts of the pandemic with special attention to addressing disproportionate impacts to marginalized populations.

✺ Concept – ARPA Reports are submitted to the Treasury with specific parameters around program reporting and content. The challenge was developing a design meeting those requirements with an aesthetic boost engaging enough for public viewing (audiences ranging from stakeholder to county resident). Design inspiration and focus: inclusivity, colorful visualization, and relatable data visualization.
