Liveweb onboarding flow

liveweb is a platform that transforms your call or contact center into an efficient, omnichannel communication hub where customers and agents choose how they want to interact.

After successful sign up customer goes directly to onboarding screen that helps him to customize their call and chat widget at once.

It's divided on two steps. On the first one you can see settings for both chat and call widgets.

For the chat widget customer can choose a custom icon, color and create welcome message.

On the second step customer can set up notifications
