Hello people,

Sharing my latest work where I re-design a fintech app named @PNC. This is my self-exploration project using a real app. I changed the UI and tried to do something simple from a UX perspective with what's available here.

The Product

"The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is an American bank holding company and financial services corporation based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Its banking subsidiary, PNC Bank, operates in 27 states and the District of Columbia, with 2,629 branches and 9,523 ATMs."

With the PNC Mobile App, their user manage accounts, check their balance, view transactions, and easily transfer funds between PNC and non-PNC accounts.

The Challenge

After installation, the app offers a chatbot to choose options about their service & product to its user. I found some complexity to understand it. I am not a user of their app but interested enough to check in on their service. But they let me in their website mobile version when I said about my interest. I expected every detail about the product & service in-app. But it does not happen.

The Solution

I tried to make a clean UI with some simple UX changes. Heading prominent text about login, signup, and product details. Easy location selection of user address.
