Secondary stats provide greater details about a marketplace's disputes, card declines, refund rates, and customer retention rates. Instead of merely presenting the raw data, we needed to help our marketplaces assess their performance level as indicated by the color coding and the dispute scale. I also included links below each unfavorable stat to provide information that will alleviate and improve their performance.
