Roots of Hope / Raices De Esperanza asked the question, "Do you have access to the internet?" of average Cubans.

63% of those surveyed said they have no internet access. This is largely because of state restrictions, but also because access is exorbitantly expensive and terribly slow, and there are few computers available.

Cuba is the least-connected country in the Western Hemisphere.
