Generally, when I've ever seen listing collateral, they usually consist of an absurd amount of thumbnail images of interior shots which add nothing to the feel of a house. This client wanted an 8 page pamphlet to advertise this listing and I presented her with a more editorial-style approach. Rebounds to come.
