Safeco

The goal / overall purpose of this application / effort was to offer insurance agent's the ability to verify and update information related the owner's pet who would be calling in to Safeco about their pet insurance policy. The pet's information is displayed in such a way that it is easily readable / accessible to both parties providing the opportunity to verify information in under 3-5 minutes. This performance gain was measured through user testing with agents/customers and offered insights that were set through key focus areas of expectations set by the stakeholders associated with the agent portal functionality.
