Carvana - Case Study

We created an opportunity that allowed anyone from anywhere utilizing a mobile or desktop device to be able to explore, search by category, price, location, make and model, brand, transmission, even their credit score, etc; so that they could decide which vehicle meets their needs. Once a vehicle was selected the simplicity of purchasing a vehicle was made without the need for a dealership. The individual can simply finance their vehicle and go through the process of submitting their qualifications to Carvana's finance department or if they would rather use their own finance or better yet purchase the vehicle in full via their bank account those options are presented and served without any hassle. If extra verification is needed the finance department contacts the individual through their preferred choice of contact phone or email. Once the individual is approved they can use their preferred method of delivery either shipped to their residence or they can pick up their vehicle at one of the nationwide kiosk locations. In order to take possession of the vehicle the individual must present their driver's license in the state of purchase. This verification is done by the carvana delivery person. If the verification is correct the individual may finally and officially take possession of their vehicle. All dmv records are submitted by carvana once the vehicle delivery method is verified. A temporary vehicle license is given at the time of delivery and after verification.
