3D PRINTED FUNGUS HOME

n our short project (2 weeks) we had the task to research a biodegradable material which will be used as a sewing ground for a mycelium. The material should be 3D printed in a designed shape with the help of a robotic printer.

With grasshopper I developed a generative algorithm to be able to simulate a differential growth. This is a photo of our fungus home, printed with our bio material.
