The Sun and the Wind

The Sun and the North Wind compete to part a traveller from their coat. The harder the North Wind blows, the more the traveller clings to their coat. The sun takes a gentler approach and soon the heat makes the traveller take off their coat and seek shade. I've always enjoyed this fable as it's the original "work smarter, not harder" story.
