Property Logo Design

Here is a property logo I worked on as part of a branding piece for an unbranded property in County Durham.

I created a few concepts for this brief, however this is the one that won in the end.

I took inspiration from the shape of the building, paired it with a modern font with quirky letter shapes (I love the 'R' within this typeface, it has such a personality) and a blue colour palette.
