I suppose I'm right on time for a midlife crisis, given that I've hit my 4th decade. Here I am unemployed and worn thin, feeling as though I'm on some kind of blacklist for creatives to never work with. Sorry, world, I chose motherhood before my career and now I feel the ramifications of it. I have all of these skills that no one wants to pay for because I put my career on pause to raise a family. Tough luck, everyone, 'cause I'm still awesome and you're missing out.
