Mission

Greendropship got in touch with us to redesign their entire platform experience. From marketing, SEO focused landing pages to shipping rates for international vendors we carefully carved out every detail of the experience.

Our goal was to provide a first class experience to both retailers and vendors looking to use Greendropship to grow their business.

In competitive markets like this one experience comes first. Retailers needed to know they can manage their business on the go. When they need to place an order or get answers to their questions they can do it right there and then.

This is why we put a lot of consideration in the mobile experience and the support system (messaging, ticketing and returns).

To streamline the development process and create a visual coherent language we established a design system that could scale for both the retailer and the vendor experience.

Even though both experiences have unique design elements such as their navigation schema, layouts and appearance, they feel cohesive and part of the same brand.
