Each food item has its own character. It’s has its cultural history, its order in a meal, its taste palette, and most importantly its relationship to how each individual feels about it.

One can imagine the freshly baked bread that brings back warm feelings and memories about grandma. Another can sense the streets of Kyoto as he walks into a fancy sushi restaurant or the powerful British history inside a traditional tea shop. And the young ones may drool over a smoothie bowls shop because everything looks so colorful and yummy.

When designing any type of website or web application, it’s important to keep in my mind - for who you design. It’s important to think about the user, a character of the product, and not to be biased based on your preferences.
