Automated messages

Automated messages. When you are hiring multiple candidates and transfer them from stage to stage, you want to automated certain tasks. In this case, you can automate your messages with templates.

An automated message is sent based on the event. Either it is sent when the candidate enters a stage or when it doesn't fulfil the requirements of that stage (for example, they didn't fill in the form). Then, they receive an SMS or an Email.

By default, you have an immediate message and then up to 2 follow-ups. The time when you send the follow-up can be configured.
