The Project

Community Wellness Connect is an employee-facing and customer-facing HealthTech software that virtually connects doctors and patients via Bluetooth. Doctors can receive important health data from patients without having to overcrowd their offices, and patients can enjoy the comfort of staying at home and taking their vitals.

Information Architecture

To begin this project, myself and a few other designers worked on the Information Architecture of the application based on the initial user requirements from stakeholders. We created an IA diagram that visually portrays the app from a high-level.

From here, the team went through a series of wireframing, collaborating, and user testing. Due to the volume of content, I will not be including it here. However, I will include some of the final pages we created for certain features after many rounds of iteration. Enjoy!
