UI/UX design for the Employee Retention Platform
Hi guys!
We would like to share with you the designs that were specifically created for the Moonstar - B2B SaaS company that helps client engage with their employees, build their capabilities and craft more positive culture. Target audience of this company is mostly small and meduim sized companies, so we aimed to make the design professional but also engaging. Both website and platform were initially pretty dynamic with even some interesting elements, but they really lacked fresh and airy look. We decided to remove all of those harsh straight lines and give a creative touch by using nice and easy to read fonts, attractive visuals and interactive blocks.
