About the client

Pak Railway is a national train services based in Pakistan and a best provider of transport services via train in all over the country with over 10 million regular customers using this services.

The Challenge

The challenge was to redesign the complete user experience and build a new identity that communicates the simplicity and reliability of a transport service for the users. Yet at the same time, we were also exploring ways for real time train tracking and notification alerts for schedule changes. We needed a complete app that could provide a user a full freedom of purchasing the tickets, returning them with multiple reliable payment options across the country.

The Solution

We redesigned the complete app with the new visual identity, a better user experience, and a new modern interface

The Results

We are happy with the results and the delivery of this project. With the new visual identity and real time train tracking feature, The Pak railway sales increased by 20% with 200K new users within the first three months of the launch.
