WE ARE SKY™ is a psychological design studio based in Los Angeles. The team helps companies combine positive purpose with the power of leading-edge brand development. The results are brands that outperform their competition and inspire their audiences.

I worked with a Toptal team of one product owner, one project manager, two developers, and the client's team to orchestrate the relaunch of their agency website.

Leveraging the client's rich brand book, I crafted an immersive concept of a storytelling user experience set in a 3D cloudscape, providing visitors with high emotional value while accomplishing business development goals. I moved swiftly from concept to wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and motion prototypes and created a scalable company-wide design system.

Relying on my extensive experience with brand-rich projects, I carefully selected the best technologies to engineer the experience and hand-picked two developers to work in tandem on the build.

Additionally, I led the project's planning, providing essential SCRUM expertise to deploy a robust backlog and run comprehensive design sprints from initial research to final release.
