Kudos is the employee recognition platform that empowers teams to feel and do their best at work. Kudos uses unique proprietary methodologies to deliver essential people analytics on culture, performance, equity, and inclusion, providing organizations with deep insights and a clear understanding of their workforce.

I worked on a complete redesign of the Kudos website. The goal was to give it a modern look and feel of a platform that helps companies build environment where people and their input are in the first place.

While the main task was to update UI (a strong focus was on fonts, CTAs hierarchy, platform features highlighting while using graphics and images reasonably and appropriately) I also made some improvements of the navigation and structure of pages. I was provided with a company branding guide and a document that included details on their target audience, short-term and long-term goals, design specifications, competitors etc. I worked as a contractor of Tiller Digital agency but on this particular project I had a lot of freedom and mainly worked individually on this project keeping direct contact with Kudos guys.
