Onboarding for Event Management SaaS

This screen shows part of the onboarding flow for Virtual Summits Software. I wanted to include some questions that enable the business to gather information on their new sign ups and also to personalise their account. There are 3 different account types, Summit Hosts, Speakers, and Attendees. Each account has a different product experience.

I included two more questions to identify themes of interest to the new users and the kind of summits they are interested in. This also enables VSS to personalise the users account but it also enables data gathering to indicates the popularity of topics and platform features.

There are more steps in this workflow that I created to assist the user in setting up their account and getting started. I also updated the logo design because it looked a little dated, and I created a light and modern colour scheme for the software interface.
