Logo redesign concept for a sales agency

Guys, meet #1 direct sales agency in Tallinn - Upsell. The main focus of the company is on customers with passive needs. They're bringing new customers to a client's business by using proven direct sales strategies. The company lacked active and talented salespeople on the team (who doesn't?), so it was decided to update the logo, brand identity, and look of the corporate website to attract young and talented salespeople to the team.

We made the new logo concept more dynamic, clean and gave it a trendy orange color.
