I work at Semiflat on a daily basis and mainly deal with SaaS projects.

Semiflat is slowly entering the world of web3 and I wanted to share my last case study as an active investor in the world of Blockchain and Product Designer.

When using Crypto-related applications on a daily basis, I believe that the applications that arise are created without a thought behind the design. After researching a few projects, I concluded that they are mainly designed by Developers without a UI Designer on the team.

As a Designer, I am unable to use the application with an unwise UX and a weak UI, even though the application has the functionalities I require. I took Calmness Protocol as an example, which allows users to enjoy a Stablecoin-based financial system on the Polkadot ecosystem.

Displayed popular projects and statistics such as mCap / Volume in last 24h / Circulating Supply / etc was the problem at hand.

The Overview of one of the projects with the Select function and direct dropdown search engine turned out to be a solid solution. I designed it for a user who is used to opening the search engine with the "/" button. In this way, the user can easily check project details and valuation during a search.
