Food Waste Challenge

When i thought how could I as a restaurant owner reduce the food wastage. The idea of using people on way back from office or who wish to do a volunteering work for social cause can register on this application as volunteers. These volunteers will contacted by the restaurant owner on the basis of the requirement to donate extra food or left over food. The restaurant owner can book the voluteers or even connect with NGOs that work in food department of social welfare. The restaurant owners can book them for a single day, for a week or any custom days duration. These many options are provided so that the owner does not need to book a volunteer everyday. The owner has facility to chat/ connect with the volunteer, while call, mail, chat, etc. This system/or this way of handling left over food might solve the problem of food wastage at restaurants.
