Rejection reasons

When a recruiter rejects a candidate, sometimes, they may want to send an automated rejection reason. But this shouldn't impact the speed of rejecting/moving to next stage. So now we have a second button near the "Reject" for choosing a reason. Below you can see the screens from Settings and Candidate profile.
