Automation Workflow Design for SaaS CRM

This design shows the sequence builder for creating automated workflows in AllClients, a B2B SaaS CRM for small business. The user can build workflows using triggers, steps, logic and timers.

The workflow builder has rich functionality such as sequencing emails and applying a wide range of actions to CRM contacts. This includes things like applying tags and actions to the contact record.

In this screen we designed tabs for switching between the workflow and applying global rules. It also includes a flow for adding steps, editing, duplicating or deleting, as well as an easy to use drag and drop interface.
