The competitor analysis evaluates current and potential competitors based on their strengths and weaknesses. In order to understand where the app could fill a market gap. I download 8 of the most popular recipe apps and compare their features, performance, and user likes and dislikes. My goal is to understand ‘What valuable features are users using or seeking? ’ and figure out where they stand in the market.
