Useful - create powerful highlights

Here is a first glimpse of the project we’ve been working on in Q1. We are delighted we got a chance to meet the Useful team and help them build their product.

What is Useful?

Useful is a product created for Product Managers to gather powerful insights from customer conversations. The app helps product teams manage their communication with customers on in-development features or betas and centralize emails and call recordings in a shared team database to synthesize and highlight key learnings in minutes—all in one place.

How did we help?

Within two months of close collaboration with the client, we handled competition analysis, conducted many workshops, and delivered a high-standard user interface and a design system that maintained a cohesive look across the whole product.

Results

Useful raised a $5M seed round from Spark Capital and other top investors.
