AMG - Experience Enhancements

One of my findings during the time I was responsible for Mercedes AMG was that they had not implemented the best after-sales user flow.

As a result, I reworked the entire process and created a more valuable confirmation email that, in the best case scenario, would further increase the customer's anticipation.

So I felt it was very important to once again mention all of the car highlights that the customer had personalized and tailored to their needs, and to emphasize the performance details that came out of it.
