Storyblok Website for K.D. Feddersen

The aim of this project was to create an integrated multisite solution for the customer K.D. Feddersen from the previous different company websites. Our approach to this challenge was an extended Storyblok setup with multisite management. The customer K.D. Feddersen is a global sales specialist in a performance oriented and technologically focused environment.

Storyblok Visual Editor

Thanks to Storyblok's excellent Visual Editor in the backend, the complete content maintenance during the development, was possible in less than 4 weeks for the languages German and English. The visual editor allows a live preview of the design of the website, as well as simple copying of individual content blocks or entire pages.

Multisite Setup

Each individual company site can use the same template, components and module set thanks to Storyblok Multisite Setup. This enables K.D. Feddersen to map all of its company sites using the same technical infrastructure. The code basis of the components is common, but for each individual company site, adjustments can be made regarding branding and style. In the long term, this significantly reduces the maintenance effort.

The Storyblok backend allows very flexible and granular assignment of individual permissions for each user group. Users of a specific company can also only edit this content or upload assets only in the associated media folders.

Focus on lead generation

The modules for lead generation via contact were an important part of the realization. These were connected directly to the customer's CRM via an interface. This allows the K.D. Feddersen sales team to optimally process customer inquiries and channel them from a sales perspective. Via the API, the CRM system could be seamlessly integrated into the frontend.
