Feedback makes digital products more user friendly & understandable — the user is well informed in advance of what exactly happened now and what will happen next, or what actions they should take to move forward.

From product perspective, it is important that the user does not feel lost in the app, as this often generates frustration and reluctance to use the tool in the future.
