Inpin is one of the few real estate online platforms in the world that in addition to all the common and conventional online tools for listing properties, it has an intelligent matching tool that connect home seekers with real estate agents and homeowners. Inpin’s recommendation system is its the most unique Value Proposition for the users.

Inpin is designed as mobile & web app so it is available everywhere to everyone. Some of inpin attractive features are augmented reality (AR) for searching homes (LBS), and artificial intelligence (AI) for matching home requests.

My role:

I was the only product designer for this project. I did the all project planning, research, interviews, prototypes, tests & etc.

Key Goal:

Find a way to solve matching problem between buyers and sellers and gain a deeper undrestanding of users to build the future of home finding.

What I did:

I conducted 30 interviews and group sessions users, stakeholders and agency owners.

We started with a simple listing of homes with some filters to give the users and ability to filter, sort and find their perfect match. after a while:

Problem:

Let’s face it. Almost all of us have had frustrating experiences while searching for new home. Sometimes, hours of searching on websites can’t help us finding the right match, Other times, real estate agents can’t put time to find it for us, it becomes difficult to find perfect match. Also we had lots of questions in our mind to shape the future of real estate platforms, Like:

• How to help people find their dream home?

• How to interact efficiently with real estate agent/agencies?
