The Impact of Support
It always blew my mind how many support touch points were being made in multiple houses across the globe. When these touch points are in the form of training both employees and merchants, the impact they collectively have is immense. I wanted to put this into a metaphor for LeadCon 2022 to get folks to visualize the wave the change they have in the world.
