Bipolar disorder (Manic/Depressive state) Manga style artwork

In this shot I'm trying to describe how it feels to have bipolar personality disorder, here in the "Manic state" the person is overly excited, hyper active and impulsive. On the other side during the "Depressive state" the person suffering bipolar personality seems more calm but defeated and empty. The lollipops shown on the "Manic" side of the artwork represents joy and spontaneity, while on the "Depressive" side the razors represents suicidal thoughts and self harm.
