CRM Design Project

I had the opportunity to work on a fascinating project focused on improving the UX design of a CRM website.

The goal of this project was to increase the usability and functionality of the CRM system website by creating a user-friendly and intuitive interface.

To achieve this goal, I conducted extensive research into the current state of the website, analyzed user feedback, and conducted a competitor analysis to identify best practices and areas of improvement. Based on my findings, I developed wireframes and prototypes that focused on improving the user flow and simplifying the user interface.

As a result of my work, the CRM website now has a more user-friendly and intuitive design that has led to increased user engagement and satisfaction. The streamlined user flow and simplified interface have made it easier for businesses to manage interactions with their customers, leading to higher efficiency and productivity. Overall, this project was a great success, and I'm thrilled to have played a role in creating a positive user experience for this CRM website.
