Content Astro - Branding and Logo Design

Hello, Creative Brains,

After juggling around with different projects, I am super happy to share my new Branding Project for a Blogger Branding. (Logo Design and Complete Styleguide)

Content Astro is an educational website, made for content creators and how to optimize the workflow.

"Keeping it minimalistic, yet putting all the objectives"

The Breakdown

1) The icon symbolizes a Face, Eyeball, and Eye Glass. With these words ‘C’ and ‘A’, which stands for Content Astro

2) This portion of the logo represents the Eye Side. The Eyeballs are looking to the right side. The primary logo has the name on the right side, so it’s watching. But, the eyeballs can be placed in any direction (Right Side)

3) It’s straightforward to capture. It has the letters’ C’ and ‘A’. That stands for the brand name “Content Astro”.

But,

This also shows an Eye Glass. The tail of the letter’ a’ is also representing the glass frame. The founder wears glasses and wanted to add those elements to the logo. So here it is.

Typography

For the typography, I have chosen PP Pangram Sans Rounded typeface from Pangram Pangram Foundry. It's a premium and soft-looking typeface that is highly legible in smaller text sizes.

As the primary medium of the educational website is Long-form Blog Posts, readability is a must-have.

So, after testing out more than 35+ fonts from multiple type foundries, Pangram Sans Rounded met all my expectations

Colors

The primary Orange colors reflect - Creativity, Happiness, and Fun. To complement the primary colors and reserve a secondary color for important links (CTA's), I have chosen Blue. Because it's a complementary color of Orange.

The neutral colors and shades are different shades of Blue color.
