SDG 1 - No Poverty

Poverty is the most visible symptom of the ill health of a world that boasts of advancements, but where is the cure? SDG 1 of the United Nations aims to eradicate poverty in all its dimensions and forms.

We have designed Wishtree's standalone SDG series with a graphical approach having elements of the sheer desolation and despair that poverty entails.

When we look at the combined statistics of people stricken by poverty and advanced age, we have an apparent paradox when attempting empowerment of any kind.

A begging hand is one of the final ploys to have another go at life out of the bleak present, marred with increasing poverty rates worldwide.
