Project Overview
As the UX Lead, I joined forces with Ripe Media to create this award-winning site for The Global FoodBanking Network. The state of their current website had a frustrating user experience, and finding content was confusing. After the new President & CEO came on board, GFN was ready to communicate its global mission statement concisely.
Solution
I rolled up my sleeves and did a lot of cleaning up to the site navigation and the content strategy. I shared insight into their user segmentation, which helped the client focus on the website’s primary goals. This ultimately was used as a beacon to get the entire team in the same direction. And guess what? The site was successful in increasing user engagement!

The Global FoodBanking Network site received the DotComm 2017 Platinum Award in the Non-Profit Category.
